Teach Out Unit Fees – PY094 2023

This article explains the 2023 tuition fees for placement units under teach-out mode (no longer being offered) for the Master of Clinical Psychology (Post-Registration) a.k.a ‘Postreg’ courses.

There are currently three different models of the MCP(Postreg) PY094 course in teach out mode. Please confer with your Course Coordinator if you need advice on which units apply to your specific situation.

There is a 3 placement model with CMI support (CMI paid supervision included in your tuition fees), a 3 placement model with self-support (pay for your own supervision), and a 2 placement model with self-support (pay for your own supervision).

Total placement and research costs estimate for 2023:

• 2 placement model (CMI) = $18,367.60
• 2 Placement Model (Self) (supervision costs additional) = $10,828.90
• 3 Placement Model (CMI) = $18,367.60 
• 3 Placement Model (Self) (supervision costs additional) = $10,828.90

*Note this estimate assumes all placements and research units are completed in 2023, for most 3 placement model students total in 2023 will be cheaper because you’re only paying for the units you undertake in 2023 and may have already completed one or more in 2022 or earlier and paid for them at the time.

Note: either CLP650 or CLP651/652 will still be required in addition to either self-sourced model. You must complete 100 credit points total to graduate.
