PLACEMENTS
Dear Students
Before you can commence on placement you are required to provide CMI with your Pre-Placement documentation at least three weeks prior to your placement start date. This will include some or all of the following depending on your course (refer to below table):
- Police Check (PC) & Statutory Declarations
- Working with Children Check (WWC)
- AHPRA Provisional Registration (Prov. Registration)
- Monash Requirements and Immunisation (Monash placements only)
- Placement Proposal – Self-sourcing Post Registration students also need to submit a placement proposal 10 weeks prior at the latest before commencing placement.
IMPORTANT: These documents must be kept valid throughout your placement. If they expire, your placement may need to be put on hold or even cancelled.
The Placement Information Handbooks provide everything you need to know about the requirements of your placement. Refer to them frequently.
