How do I contact my Placement Coordinator or the Placement Admin team

Questions or concerns about proposed/potential placement locations, placement providers, placement hours, expectations while on placement, extensions etc, please direct to your relevant placement coordinator to the relevant shared inbox below.

Placement Coordinators are not directly contactable via the CMI switchboard. If you have any placement related queries, please post on the relevant discussion board on Canvas. If personal or sensitive in nature, please email them. If you require a phone call, email them to arrange a suitable time for a call or to book in a video call. If urgent in nature, please call reception and they will direct your call accordingly. Note: Placement Coordinators are not onsite everyday so, if you need to see them in person, please email them to check their availability prior to asking for them at reception.
