Case reports and MSE’s/Formulations/Treatment plans must be de-identified before submission. For more on this, refer to this article: Guide to De-identifying Placement Assessments.

Case Report Guidelines

Students will be advised when marking and feedback has been completed. Case reports do not require signatures. Students will then be able to access and view marks and feedback via Canvas.
