You must only include the Assignment Cover Sheet linked to below with any assignment that is submitted to reception in hard copy form. The form must be completely filled in and signed by you before being submitted with your assignment to reception.
Assignments submitted electronically via Canvas do not require the Assignment Cover Sheet linked to below.
If your task requires you to electronically submit an assignment via Canvas with a cover sheet, please contact your Unit Coordinator to discuss which type of cover sheet you require.
