The aim of the Student Leadership Group (SLG) is to develop your leadership skills and give you the opportunity to put them into practice.

In addition to obtaining a certificate of completion, you will apply and consolidate your leadership skills in one of the following contexts:
Course advisory Committee
As a Course Advisory Committee student representative, you have the chance to influence the direction of courses to better meet student needs
Annual Research Conference Organising Committee
This program provides an important student leadership function and acts as a formal conduit for communications between courses, students and teaching staff
Academic board
As a student representative on the Academic Board you will gain insight into Board governance
Cairnmillar Student Society
As a founding member of the Cairnmillar Student Society, you will have an opportunity to develop event management skills, work with a budget and contribute to the Cairnmillar student culture
