First off check that the results release date has passed. Some times results for some units are published before all the results are finalised.
It can also take up to 12 hours on the release date for results to be fully visible. If it is the results release date then please try again after a few hours. You can also try refreshing your browser or trying a different browser (see: IT Support and Systems Access for any further assistance in using your computer)
You can check the results release date for the teaching period in the Academic Calendar.
Next, check the results announcement notice on Canvas (the notice is sent on or just before the day results become officially available). If we know that there has been a delay for a whole class then it will be noted in the announcement or in a notice on the unit section of Canvas.
Also, make sure it is not a Thesis or Placement unit as those units take longer to complete and are subject to different time frames. If you have an extension or special consideration you may not get your result on time. Please be patient.
If you have trouble using or accessing Paradigm please contact helpdesk@cairnmillar.org.au for IT support. See also: IT Support and Systems Access
If the unit is a taught unit (standard class) then you can contact the lecturer or course coordinator for the unit to clarify and find out if your result was withheld for any reason. If you do not hear back from your lecturer in 5 to 10 working days, then contact education@cairnmillar.edu.au and we can investigate at that stage.
