Cairnmillar does not have a bookshop and does not sell textbooks or other student book resources.
There are a number of online retailers who offer significant student discounts. The Library will post notices about publisher or resource specific discounts as and when they become available. For more information on obtaining texts, books or other prescribed readings please contact your Librarian on library@cairnmillar.edu.au
Sometimes other students will post notices to buy or sell used textbooks see: https://my.cairnmillar.edu.au/knowledgebase/classifieds-and-student-news-items-or-ads-e-g-selling-textbooks/
Online book store recommendations:
- Booko
- Booko isn’t a bookshop, but provides information for the various options for locating a book in Aust. ranging from cheapest to most expensive. It also includes the postage, so you can see how much you are up for in total. (Some of the websites charge more for the postage than the book!)If you go to the Booko website, and enter in the title of the book, it will may give you some options for editions etc. Choose the one you want and click on it, and it will provide prices for the book, delivery, and if is in stock etc., with direct links to the book seller.
For prescribed texts see myCMI FAQs.
