You can still use the Transcript and Official Letter Form select the ‘Other letter as detailed below’ option on the form and then provide the details of the letter you need (and what it is for) in the free-text area which will appear after you select this option.
Just make sure that you are as detailed as possible in your request – there is a special box for these details on the form which will appear once you select a special letter.
