Each student has a set of placement documents that are required to submitted before their unit can be completed. For a list of your full requirements, refer to your Placement Handbook.
These documents should be treated as your Assessment documents as you can not complete your unit without them being correctly submitted and approved. Refer to the Placements page for more details on your placement requirements.

Students on placement starting 2025 and beyond (Sonia Online)
All pre-placement and on-placement assessment forms are accessed and submitted via Sonia Online. Please do not download or use any of the previous year’s forms as listed below.
Placement assessment forms will be assigned as required and students can find any assigned assessments via the Forms page on Sonia Online.
Students can access the Timesheets/Logbook via the Placements page on Sonia Online. Please refer to the student user guide (located on the homepage of Sonia Online) or the What is Sonia Online? page, for instructions on how to fill in and submit a timesheet.
Refer to your placement handbook for a list of required assessments throughout your placement.
