You can check your FEE-HELP balance and HELP loan history from all providers (including Cairnmillar) through the government myHELPbalance portal.

Important: Provider (university) data is only updated once every few months, so if you are a new student this year and have trouble accessing your myHELPbalance portal with your Cairnmillar Student ID, consider using a Student ID from a previous provider instead. Your CHESSN will not change and is the same for all providers you study with in your lifetime.
