To request an official enrolment confirmation letter (proof of enrolment) just use the Transcript and Official Letter Form. There are normally admin fees for an official letter.
Proof of Enrolment Options include:
- Proof of Enrolment for AHPRA – an enrolment letter signed by the Dean (normally sent direct to AHPRA)
- Proof of Enrolment for Centrelink – an enrolment letter stating full (or part) time enrolment for the current academic year or relevant enrolment period and also confirming that Cairnmillar is a FEE-HELP provider
- Proof of Enrolment letter – APS/General/Other – besides AHPRA and Centrelink needs, you can generate your own free unofficial enrolment letter – instructions here. A current transcript with active enrolments on it may also be sufficient for many purposes. You do not always need a special letter or official evidence. Check with the people making the request to see what evidence they need.
- Extension Letter (also normally for Centrelink, an employer or similar) – a letter for students who have extended thesis or placement deadlines to confirm extended dates, also includes statement of full or part time status as applicable.
- Other – let us know the purpose of your letter and something can be drafted
If you have trouble with the form, contact helpdesk@cairnmillar.org.au
