NOTE: in 2021 there may be delays of up to 6 months from the census date before new records appear in your myHELPbalance. This is due to an upgrade in the government reporting systems and the transition to the new system may cause delays for some provider data being visible to students.
You can check your FEE-HELP balance and HELP loan history from all providers (including Cairnmillar) with the government myHELPbalance portal.

Important: Provider (university) data is only updated once every few months, so if you are a new student this year and have trouble accessing your myHELPbalance portal with your Cairnmillar Student ID, consider using a Student ID from a previous provider instead. Your CHESSN will not change and is the same for all providers you study with in your lifetime.
