Student Parking Stickers
Enrolled students can get a Cairnmillar Parking Sticker from Reception to allow you to park on campus. You can get a sticker at your Welcome Day for new students, or in the week before classes start for continuing students. Your parking sticker is currently free.
Stickers change each year and are only valid in the year of issue. A notice will be posted in the Student Newsletter when parking stickers are available.
By obtaining a parking sticker you agree to the following parking conditions:
- Students can only park in the designated ‘Student Parking’ areas and must have a valid sticker for the current year
- Cars parked in any other zone, or without a valid student parking sticker will be towed, at the owner’s expense
- Parking is on a first-come basis, if there are no available parking spaces in the ‘Student Parking’ zone then you will need to seek alternative street or paid council parking (e.g. Auburn Road at the end of Hall Street)
- One sticker (e.g. one car) per student
- Please park carefully and be considerate of other cars and parking area users, if you damage another car you must leave your contact details with reception
Student Parking Areas and Times
The free student parking is in the middle of the top car park, through the open gate on Hall Street.
- Please do not park in staff or client areas around the outside of the carpark.
- Cars parked in any other zone, or without a valid student parking sticker will be towed, at the owner’s expense
- Car parks close at 5.15pm Mon-Fri. Please remove your car before the carpark is locked for the night.

Reserved Car Parks
The car spaces in the access controlled lower carpark are normally rented to our tenant and local businesses. A small number of these reserved spaces are sometimes also made available to students at a significantly reduced rate. Information will be posted in the Student Newsletter if and when these are offered.

Other Parking Options
- There is paid parking at Stocklands Tooronga
- There is a council carpark at the end of Hall Street, near the cycle path
- There is some free on-street parking in many of the side roads
- DO NOT PARK in carparks for other local businesses, students parking in these areas have been and will be towed.
Bike Parking
There is a bicycle parking rack next to the Cairnmillar Client Parking on the top level. This is currently quite small, but we have additional bike parking if needed. Contact Reception for more information.
