After you have completed all of the necessary coursework and placement and thesis requirements (if applicable) for your course, your course coordinator needs to verify that you have indeed met all these requirements to complete your degree.
Student Services run completion checks at the end of every month, and following course coordinator approval, any eligible students are processed as completed by the first week of the following month. Any eligible students expecting to complete therefore will be marked as such by the end of the first week of each month.
Once your course is marked as completed, you can request an academic transcript that reflects your final grades for each unit, your Weighted Average Mark (WAM) and overall course completion. However, it’s important to note that this does not mean you have officially graduated or received your award yet and you may find that your documents will clearly state ‘not yet conferred’. Completion Date
Your official completion date is determined by the day at which your course coordinator officially confirms that you have met all requirements of your course. This is what will be displayed on your academic transcript and any other official documents.
