First Time Logging In
Your Username and Password
Your username is your Student ID number.
You’ll be given a default password.
Your default password is the day and month of your birthdate followed by the last 3 characters of your student id. For example, if your birthday is 2nd October 1985 and your student ID number is 12345 your default password would be 02/10345
Set up your student record profile
When you log into Paradigm for the very first time, you need to complete a once-off set up of your account and check your contact details are correct in the system.
Key Details When Setting Your Profile on Paradigm:
- Local Address and Home Country Address: International students, please input your Australian address as the local address and the address of your country of origin or interstate as your home country address. Domestic Students repeat the same addresses for both address fields.
- Billing Email Address: This must be your personal email address.
- Provider and Personal Email address: Ignore these fields. Once you complete the initial profile set-up, these fields will be replaced with your Cairnmillar student email address.
- Check your full legal name is correct.
Two Factor Authentication (2FA)
Paradigm requires 2FA set-up when you first log in. Learn to set-up 2FA here.
