Special Enrolments (e.g. Manual Enrolments)

Some special offerings, late enrolments and alternative enrolment pathways will require a manual unit or subject enrolment at some point. This will normally only apply if you have sought special approval for a variation to the standard Course Plan.

Normally students enrol in units online, see: How do I enrol into units?

However, in some exceptional circumstances you may have received Enrolment Advice and Course Planning Support which requires a non-standard unit or enrolment plan. In this case either you or your Course Coordinator (or sometimes Placement Coordinator) will need to email education@cairnmillar.edu.au and request the special variations to your unit(s). Make sure you cc in the approving Coordinator(s) to save time in seeking their approval (or if the Coordinator contacts us, they need to cc you in so that you know the request is being made on your behalf). Late changes and special enrolments are only possible with the explicit approval of your Course Coordinator.

First, seek Enrolment Advice and Course Planning Support from your Course Coordinator.
